Yes. If you are serious about your product and can meet the MOQ, we will work with you regardless of how new you are. Some of our best partnerships started with a single style order.
Send us the sample and we will assess it. We can reverse-engineer most constructions and suggest material alternatives that hit the same look at a better price. We will always be honest about what we can and cannot replicate.
Both. We have an in-house design studio that can develop concepts from scratch. If you have tech packs, great — send them. If you have a napkin sketch, that works too. We meet you wherever you are in the process.
Absolutely. Our factory is open for buyer visits and third-party inspections at any time. We are 60km from Mumbai city centre — we can arrange pickup and a guided tour of the entire facility.
Standard terms: 30% advance on order confirmation, 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight). For established relationships, we offer open account terms (Net 30/60). Payment terms are discussed during the first conversation and formalized in the proforma invoice.
First 2–3 counter samples per style are complimentary for serious inquiries. Shipping costs (DHL/FedEx) are borne by the buyer. Sample charges are fully adjustable against the first production order. Development samples beyond the initial set are charged at cost.
FOB Mumbai (JNPT/Nhava Sheva) is our standard term. We also offer CIF, CFR, and DDP pricing on request. Our export team handles all documentation — GSP certificates, phytosanitary certificates, REACH/SVHC compliance docs, and test reports. We work with all major freight forwarders and can recommend trusted partners.
Yes. All materials are REACH compliant and SVHC tested. We provide test certificates from accredited labs (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) with every shipment. Chemical compliance documentation is standard for all European exports.
